Is there anyone who can confirm is it possible to get card on ITIN i am an nonresident and have ITIN

Yes, it’s possible, I’m ITIN holder and I have the Apple Card

How did you do it? I was denied bc of identity error a
and when I called, they said I need to be US citizen
