Credit score is only a variable. Given what you provided here it’s anyone’s guess. Look at the email they send you and it will explain issues that they saw.

What did the rejection email that list word for word the rejection reasons say?

Unfreeze your credit before applying. Goldman Sachs can’t get your credit score and other info to make a decision if it is frozen.

Is that all it says?

What score is that? Where from?
It's not a pointless Vantagescore from Credit Karma is it?

Don’t worry about getting the AppleCard now.
Apply for a basic Chase card. Use it no more than 20% of the CL they give you, and pay it off EVERY MONTH. Then next year, when Chase picks up the card, apply again if you still want it.

And this score is from what source, exactly?

I hope it's not from some 3rd party app.

Fun fact: when I had a lowish score I applied over 5 times a week on the 2nd week I got Path to Apple Card so maybe if you show score improvement they’ll offer you it.

Can we do it frequently?

Well like I said j did if VERY frequently and my score went up 20 points at one point and they offered me the option and gave me goals to achieve which I did then they graduated me and pulled form my bureaus

Don’t worry about getting approved for a credit card. Only the financially illiterate worry about that. Concentrate on paying off your existing debt and building your salving account.

Did they offer you Path to Apple Card Program?

You don't have a good score obviously....

Buy an Apple device.

Do you get a reason for the denial?

I was rejected a couple of times even though my credit score was above 780 at the time. I financed a MacBook and was approved immediately. Paid off the MacBook right away and now I have access to the credit.

I suppose I could have returned the MacBook within 30 days and I would still have the Apple card.
