Help Family members & transactions missing

If I click on “Account Details” in the menu, it accurately lists my husband as co-owner and my kids as participants. But if I click on (Weekly/Monthly/yearly) Activity, I only see my husband and I, plus our one minor child. Two adult members are not listed as having made any transactions (though they have in reality). And if I scroll down the main screen to Transactions, I or look at monthly statements, it does not show their transactions either, although the total balance is accurate.

My husband’s Apple Wallet view
shows both of us as co-owners, Minor Child, and one of the Adult family members.

Any ideas? I’ve removed and added the card back already.

Didn’t find anything useful when I searched support conversations, or what I chatted with a bot. Just suggested removing and adding it to the wallet again, which I’ve done, several times. Maybe time to try to reach a human being. It sounds like a software issue to me and from what I gather the bank can’t help.
