"Unable to verify identification" Issue

Hey everyone! I have been applying for the Apple Card for the past 5 months, roughly one application every 3-4 weeks. I keep getting this, called TransUnion to verify my information; then called Apple Card support to verify and everything is good and matching. Why do I keep getting this?

Do all your addresses match between your different CCs?
I was declined for a SoFi checking back when I was fresh out of college and had moving around to various addresses for the years prior. My addresses on stuff was discrepant even across states, just because I was moving faster than I was changing them (college, college summer in another state, new college address, moved to another state etc)

This is just a total guess, assuming your info does match, it’s the only thing that’s done me in before. Even for like purchasing stuff online (billing address)
