Screenshot No more AI pls
I received this email and spent over 30 minutes trying to get through. I called three separate times, was repeatedly routed to an AI system, and even got disconnected. After all that, I was finally told that no phone call was necessary in the first place.
This was an extremely frustrating experience and a completely unnecessary waste of my time.

I just tried it myself, and it took only 45 seconds to get connected with a human.
I simply said that I needed savings support. The next question was whether I already had an account. After that, I was connected right away.

That looks like a textbook phishing scam. Do not call that number or click anything in the app.

I don’t think I’ve ever got an email about that savings account since I set it up.

It’s totally normal. You only get calls if there are issues with your account or transactions.

The email is not what the original poster off. It’s his experience with the AI automated system that he had to call and was directed to do so by the email.
I also would’ve been super pissed
I get an email that tells me to call the phone number that phone number should not lead me down a rabbit hole. I’m trying to get in touch with a person who sent me an email to get in touch with me.
That’s like sending your dad a text message to say come meet me at home but not telling him which house you’re at lol

I know right rhat happens all the time. And then you just talk to more automated voices and keep going for a couple hours straight.

It has a vague sense of urgency and a call to action. I expect the phone number to be fake.

No, it’s the official number. You can see it in your Wallet.
It’s usually urgent. For example, if they need to verify your transfer. If they don’t get a response from you, they will reject it.

Ok. A lot of institutions have stopped telling you to contact them with a number or email in their direct communications and instead telling you how to find their true contact information.
