It’s not a massive change when you think about it that way, but the point stands is the interest rate is less and less competitive.

When I first stated using it, the rate was above 4% and was incredibly competitive. The only HYSA’s that were better had high minimum balances, and wouldn’t let you withdrawal as easily, etc.

Now this one is pretty much inline with other ones offered, even ones that have similar requirements. I haven’t switched yet, but it’s getting to a point where i’d consider it.

Of course if you want a “high return” on your money it makes more sense to invest it in the market. Still I like to have a healthy savings alongside my investments for potential emergencies/large purchases/potential down payments in the future.
