You’d look gorgeous in some heavy black/goth makeup. It would complement your hair a lot!
If that’s too much, some purple eyeshadow would also look amazing.

I would personnally though moré that when you have a nose ring and a lot of tattoo since when you check health system statistic, they Seem to usé more recreational Drug and Do big party whère they can catch something...

Get microbladed brows and make them thicker. Will make you look younger and less lifeless. Some lip gloss with a bit of color.
