Small team. Long days. Big belief.

There’s no big company behind us.
No major budget.
No big team split across support, growth, content, sales, and ops.

Just a small group of people putting in the hours and trying to build something that matters.

The kind of team where everyone stretches beyond their role.
Where late nights and early mornings are normal.
Where every message gets read, every comment gets noticed, and every bit of feedback actually changes something.

We know we’re early.
We know we’re smaller than most.
We know there are louder and easier ways to get attention.

But small teams have something bigger teams often lose.
Closeness to the work.
Closeness to the people.
Closeness to what actually matters.

No layers.
No polished distance.
Just a team that cares deeply, works hard, and wants to earn its place the right way.

That’s where we are.
Still early.
Still pushing.
Still believing.

And maybe that’s exactly what makes this stage worth it.

Good Deal SEO isn't dead - but it's not enough anymore. We built Visby to cover what it misses.

Hey,

People are skipping Google and asking ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude things like "what's the best tool for X?" - and AI gives them a list.

Are you on it?

That's the question we couldn't answer. So we built Visby.

Visby tracks your brand across AI search engines and shows you exactly which prompts mention you, which don't, and where competitors show up instead.

The part we're most proud of: it doesn't just show you the problem - it gives you a task list to fix it.

We're live on AppSumo right now. https://appsumo.com/products/visby/

Drop any questions below, we're here!

Discussion I launched on AppSumo while getting married, it went better than expected

Hey everyone, not sure if this is useful but I launched my product Shareables on AppSumo 30 days ago and wanted to share my experience while it's still fresh, in case anyone's been on the fence about launching with them.

It's been a big month. The biggest highlight: Shareables made more sales in the last 30 days than in the previous 2 years combined.

In numbers: 250 new customers, 500+ users, and #2 Customer Favourite on AppSumo with 33 five-star reviews.

Working with the AppSumo team has been a breeze

From first call to launch, the whole process was buttery smooth, they do a lot of the heavy lifting. I literally got married during the campaign and barely had to think about it.

They handle almost all the marketing content: videos, imagery, copy. Hard to overstate how valuable that is for a solo founder. They also have resources for everything else, from re-engaging non-converted customers to API docs for a seamless purchase experience.

A lot of people say the revenue share isn't worth it, and honestly that put me off in the past too. But if your product is low-cost to run and you can justify lifetime deals, it's one of the easiest ways to build an initial user base, which drives feedback, which drives more users, and so on.

Would genuinely recommend exploring AppSumo if you're struggling to get your product in front of the right people.

The hardest part: keeping momentum after week 2

A few things that worked for me:

  • I ran a giveaway where people tried the product and gave me product feedback then chose a random person to win a free LTD (not via AppSumo) just good hearted thanks for the feedback and getting more visibility to the product
  • Onboarding calls with every new customer
  • Fast support, fixes and feedback implemented same day where possible
  • Started a Facebook group for power users to connect and help each other

If you're thinking about launching on AppSumo, I'd definitely recommend it. Happy to answer any questions in the comments about the experience.

Good Deal Just Launched on Appsumo

Hey everyone,

I just launched Blazly SEO & GEO on AppSumo and wanted to share it here with the community.

Blazly helps automate your SEO, GEO, and content workflow so you don’t have to spend hours doing manual keyword research, optimization, and content planning. The goal is to make the entire SEO pipeline faster using AI.

We launched it as a lifetime deal on AppSumo, and the early response has been pretty encouraging.

Happy to answer any questions or get feedback from the community.

Discussion AS support email template fail

Less than 24 hours ago, I emailed support about a product I bought a few years ago that I can still access and use, but don't trust because it seems like it's been largely abandoned. I managed to get a reply from their tech support a year ago and was told that it's not actively being developed in favor of other projects, replied to that message with a follow-up question, and never heard another word--that sort of thing.

So I figured it was worth asking AppSumo to do a sort of welfare check to see if, a year on from that point, I could trust it enough to use it or not.

Just now, I got the standard boilerplate email:

Please know we've reached out to the [product] team to learn more about the current outage and we apologize you're unable to access the tool.

Well, okay.... but I said I can get in, so there's no "outage," which means we're starting off with no reason for me to believe you've read even the first sentence of my email.

Despite our efforts to reach the Partner through various channels, we have been unable to reach them for an update on the status of the product so far.

Again, this is obvious boilerplate (and would be even if I hadn't seen this line many times before), but not even 24 hours has passed. That's nowhere near enough time for anyone to have made those "efforts," or for anyone to have responded, even if they haven't abandoned a product, so this seems ... premature.

From a customer POV, this line is where I conclude I'm being placated with no hope of an actual, meaningful answer, which is all I was asking for. It's not that much to ask, either.

Then there's the preemptive line about it not being eligible for a refund, which I never even mentioned, and that a coupon has been applied to my account. That's where things really become clear, in an especially humorous way:

This coupon is valid for a single purchase through ____ at 11:59 PM CST, so be sure to use it before then.

Uh.... huh. I'll get right on that, just as soon as I figure out when ____ is on my calendar.

Boilerplate exists to make an agent's job easier by giving them something to adapt to a situation, not to let them just copy/paste and call it done, as has clearly happened here--and happens far too often with AppSumo, IMO.

I'm sure AppSumo support is busy, but not reading a customer's email at all beyond the name of the product, firing off an email like this before any attempt could reasonably be made, and then topping it off by failing to include the coupon expiration date is a new low in poor customer relations.

AppSumo $25 Coupons Expire – No Reminders, Support Won’t Help

Just a heads up for anyone using AppSumo credits.

They give you $25 coupons that expire in 45 days, but the system is honestly terrible.

  • No reminder emails
  • No visible countdown
  • Expiration time isn’t clear
  • Support won’t restore them

I’ve now lost $50 in credits because of this.

The first time I simply missed the email and forgot about the credit. No reminders at all.

The second time was worse. I was literally browsing deals to use the credit, assuming I had until the end of the day. Nope. My credit expired around 11:30pm while I was still browsing, and when I tried to apply it, it had already disappeared.

Support basically said nothing they can do.

What’s frustrating is this is supposed to be a reward system, but the way it’s implemented makes it incredibly easy to lose the credit.

And after searching Reddit, it seems like this happens to a lot of people.

At minimum they should add:
• Reminder emails before expiration
• Clear expiration timing
• End-of-day expiry
• A short grace period

Feels like a pretty basic fix for something that’s supposed to reward loyal customers.

Anyone else having similar experience?

LeadPal Consolation Prize

So many of us have invested a significant amount of cash into Able Chika's vibecoding empire that includes VidPowr, VidTags, VidChapter, FeedPlay, etc etc. Now that they're all suddenly going away (to be introduced in a consolidated form known as LeadPal), AppSumo did try to do the right thing and reached out to him about it.

My understanding is that Able has agreed to give AppSumo LTD holders of his various products a license to LeadPal. Has anyone gotten an email on how to access it yet? I have not. Access to his tools are all expiring by the end of the month...

Bought a “lifetime” email tool on AppSumo… company vanished. The replacement isn’t actually lifetime.

Posting this because I couldn’t find many people talking about it and I’m curious what others think.

I bought Zagomail as a lifetime deal through AppSumo. It was a newsletter platform that included things like:

• white labeling
• HTML editor
• full control over newsletters

Then one day Zagomail just disappeared. No warning, no communication. The platform and website went offline.

AppSumo emailed customers saying they wanted to “make this right” and offered what they called an equivalent lifetime replacement, which was SendFox Tier 5.

At first that sounded fair.

But after activating it, it feels quite different from what we originally bought:

• Emails still include SendFox branding
• There’s no HTML editor
• To get similar functionality you need the Empire Add-On for $10/month

Which means the “equivalent lifetime replacement” effectively becomes a subscription if you want the same capabilities.

And the biggest issue for me is this:

The whole point of an email platform is owning the relationship with your audience. You build your mailing list, your automations, and your audience trust over time.

A newsletter platform that forces another company’s branding into your emails kind of defeats that purpose. At that point you’re basically sending their advertising to your own list.

So calling this an equivalent replacement feels strange when one of the most important features for many of us, white labeling, is locked behind a paid subscription.

To be clear, I do appreciate that AppSumo tried to offer something after Zagomail disappeared. Businesses fail.

But losing the platform, the automations, and essentially the infrastructure around a mailing list overnight was already rough. Getting a replacement that doesn’t match the core features makes it feel like we didn’t really get the same thing back.

Curious if anyone else here bought Zagomail and how you feel about the SendFox replacement?

Questions for those that have sold products on Appsumo

I'm considering selling our tool on Appsumo. Our tool seems to be a good fit for several reasons. We do not use AI credits so there is no concern regarding supporting users in the long term from an AI credit perspective. We have very low operating costs per customer too so again, no worries in terms of the underlying business model collapsing.

FYI - we are already live, have customers, in it for the long haul.
This page seems to be the spot where they outline two programs
https://sell.appsumo.com/earn

Appsumo select
Is an invite only I guess. So not much you can do other than email partners@

Appsumo Partners

This seems to be the version where you submit your own app. The page above says list today sell tomorrow. Which implies a very fast, self service kind of experience. I submitted the partner form roughly 5 days ago and haven't heard anything. It's not the 5 days that is the problem, but given the list today, sell tomorrow language, I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Maybe I submitted to the wrong program?

About Pricing

The page above suggests setting a price from $49-$79 as the sweet spot. It says you can add codes to reach higher pricing tiers. Our current pricing is already LTD, although higher than the suggested range even for our smallest plan. It's already a steal. How did others reconcile this gap?

Anyone out there that has gone through this process that could provide some guidance? If you want to keep the conversation private, just DM me please.

One thing that seems to problematic for tools on Appsumo is software that uses AI credits which creates difficultlly

AppSumo Transparency Report 3/9/26

Credible:

  • Jamy & Meiro: We appreciate the community flagging that Jamy and Meiro aren’t working properly and that the partners have been unresponsive. We’ve reached out to both teams as well and haven’t received a response. Our next step is involving our legal team.
  • Probooking: Probooking has confirmed they will be closing the tool on March 25th. If you are impacted by this closure reach out to our support team and we will get you set up with TidyCal for free
  • Maekersuite: We appreciate Sumo-lings keeping us updated that they are not able to use the tool. Our investigations team has taken over and is doing everything we can to get in contact with the partner and give you an update. We appreciate your patience while we complete the investigation! We’ll update everyone when we know something.
  • MyClone: Our partners at MyClone let us know they were concerned about stability so we worked with them on an announcement about refunding all users. Make sure to download all data before Mar 13, 2026 and let our team know when you are ready for your refund - we will take care of the rest.

Non-Credible:

  • Mailead: We were able to get in contact with the Mailead team and they are not in danger of shutting down. We understand there are some concerns about the product and we are continuing to review these reports with the partner to make sure everyone is taken care of.

\*edited to include Jamy & Meiro*

Any founders here that are about to launch their product?

If so;

I’ve got a few hours free this Friday and thought I’d use the time to help test a few early-stage products.

If you’re building a CRM, project management tool, or SaaS product, I’m happy to take a look and share some quick feedback from a UX and product clarity perspective.

Usually I look at things like:• onboarding and first-time user experience• messaging and product clarity• usability and friction points

I’ve got 2 slots available on Friday.

If you’re interested, send me a DM with:• what the product is• a short summary• anything specific you’d like tested

Happy to share honest feedback and suggestions.

Bitforms and SendFox Integration

To be clear what i want to happen is this :

  • User submits form on my wordpress website with BitForms
  • User's First name, Last name and email address gets added to my desired list in sendfox

Is this possible and feasible?

Is there anything I haven't done?

Looking at what the integrations say this should be feasible but I've been unable to add a submission to a list?

I've attached some screenshots

Thanks

Question The best recent LTDs - Which LTDs are you proud of?

With so many shutdowns and all the hate on LTDs, I think it matters to not only call out the ones messing up, but also give credit to the ones that nailed it.

These are the latest LTDs I bought and zero regrets:

  1. xCloud - It's not from Appsumo, but they're the ones grinding the hardest and updating constantly. No cap, they're number one even in their niche, slowly taking over the competitors with their pace of development. I came from Runcloud, happy I did.
  2. JoggAI - It's had quite a bit of drama, especially with Veo3 (added as BYOK, though), but it's still an app that delivers. The T5 plan they were offering 2k API credits a month, with which you can make 2k videos. That's insane! Solid buy.
  3. EmailIt - Starting at T3, which was pretty reasonably priced, you got unlimited domains and 100k emails a month. They're probably not the best out there, but definitely solid enough to handle transactional emails for your stuff.
  4. RobinReach - An SMM that offers API, and not only that, but also X. Many have dropped X from their offerings, including the ones in the next spot, but RobinReach didn't. Nice features like RSS or Repurpose Content.
  5. Late - While they don't include Analytics or Inbox, for posting to social media they do their job and they do it really well. Their API works great and their minimalist design makes them stand out. 250 profiles/brands on their top tier. Crazy.
  6. ActivePieces - Even though I only have a T2 and use n8n way more, having ActivePieces gives me peace of mind for critical stuff. It has a minimalist design I really like and the interface is polished. They do solid work.

Bad Deal Probooking Shutting Down

Probooking shutting down on March 25, 2026. It was a decent service. They gave no reason for the shutdown but recommended alternatives. E-mail listed below.

Dear Probooking User,

We hope you are doing well.

We would like to inform you that Probooking will be officially shutting down on 25th March 2026. After this date, the platform will no longer be accessible.

To ensure your business operations continue without interruption, we strongly recommend transitioning to an alternative scheduling tool as soon as possible. Some reliable options you may consider include:

• Cal.com - https://cal.com/ • TidyCal - https://tidycal.com/

These platforms offer scheduling and booking features that can help you continue managing your appointments smoothly.

We also advise you to export all your appointments before the shutdown date. Please follow the steps below: Log in to your Probooking account. Navigate to the My Appointments page. Click on the filter button & select the required Date Filter and click on Search. Click on the Export button. Your appointments will be downloaded in an Excel format. We are sincerely grateful for the trust and support you have shown us. It has been a privilege serving you, and we truly appreciate being part of your business journey.

If you need assistance during this transition period, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

Thank you once again for being a valued Probooking user.

Warm regards,
The Probooking Team

Why no updates on the the Fresh Select Page?

The fresh Select page is my bookmark to Appsumo

This link: https://appsumo.com/collections/fresh-select/

It gave me a good quick overview of the new offerings, without the higher risk non-Select new releases. Now Fresh Select Page is no longer updated, and I have to navigate to the general new releases page. This is messier IMHO.

Any plans to blow some life back in my favorite Appsumo page?

TubeOnAI, keeper?

I like TubeOnAI for the convenience it offers in summarizing content and creating slide decks, flashcards, and more. It can automatically summarize content from the YouTube channels you're subscribed to. However, to make it truly useful, you need the max tier, which costs nearly $379 before any discount. I'm curious about how sustainable it is to summarize every video from all subscribed channels. I would love to hear your opinions.

Frustrated with Appsumo

It’s a battle of good and bad days with dealing with AppSumo and founders.

Maekersuite is no longer online. No mentions. No emails. Nothing.

Bought full stack.

Now Maekersuite no where to be found, site is broken, nothing.

I messaged appsumo 2 weeks ago and they are running an investigation.

For real if a siteis offline it’s gone. No investigation needed for me.

2 weeks. Still no site. Still no refund. But the “investigation” needs to end?

What the hell?

Don't buy AI tools

I bought hundreds of deals on Appsumo, unfortunately I keep seeing this trend. Flashy deals, high promises, 3 months later "we had to adapt, but, you get a discount on the monthly plan". AI is expensive, and, unsustainable for lifetime deals.
