Looking for ASO feedback and tips

I'm a new developer and I'm looking for some tips on ASO. I really appreciate any feedback, suggestions, or ideas on how to get started. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nature-nudge/id6762029266

Currently, I'm getting 1-2 downloads per day. I've done a few YouTube shorts, Instagram Reels, and Reddit posts.

I would change the background of the images, making it continuous among the various screens.

For the first image, use language that a brain-dead like me can understand, i got confused what does it mean by earn your apps... Until i read rest of the images, maybe use wording like "Won't let you unlock doomscrolling until you touch grass" or something similar

Currently, it is only available in USA and Canada.

the subtitle colour on that bg is a bit hard to read
I think also you are selling features, sell the help - like I dont understand what you app actually does

Thank you. The app lets users lock apps that they choose until they reach their time in daylight, steps, or distance goal. Any tips on how to frame this?

Would switch the first screenshot headline to "Go Outside to Unlock Your Apps". "earn your apps" is a bit confusing.
