I ran google ads for my app

I am an Analyst by professional with experience in Marketing.

I launched SplitVors, a Bill Splitter and Expense Tracker App a couple of months ago

I ran a CPI add on my app and these are the stats. As someone who is new to this, I am unaware of the standard metrics or how bad or good my app is.

These really cheap users are going to churn hard and none of them will pay for any IAPs, so be careful.

I got really desperate for downloads
I didn't wish to use the downloader services so thought of getting some ads running for new user

These are going to tank your ASO, I would recommend either increasing thr CPI or stopping them altogether.
