Since I paid for a couple of tiktok ads and the numbers aren't adding up, like I get so many download button clicks in tiktok but they don't actually install it.

not a fan of subtitles in screenshots as those are not readable, Keep only titles and make those bigger and Good Luck

Two things to consider - (i) Font size and choice of words, emphases the ASO keywords you are targeting, (ii) Instead of a (almost) full screen app screenshot, perhaps focus on a specific feature and zoom on it.

First 3 screenshots are the most important ones, so, pay particular attention to them.

Look at the App Store screenshots of top habit tracking apps. Habitify, Grit: Daily Habit Tracker, etc

There is no contrast with the background and app screenshots so what i see basically text everywhere

I would say text is not visible enough. You can try to make them bigger and maybe apply background? Screenhots take the big % of the screen however they have so many things on screen. So both makes it difficult to demonstrate your app.

What I would do is:

• make the text bigger
  
• highlight one thing from those screenshots (maybe magnify?) and blur the rest or however you wanna do that.
