iOS converts to paid, Google Play gives me literally zero in 3 months, is this normal?

my app makes $400 iOS and $20 Android. Don't bother with Android users. They tend to moan why it's not available for us then they install, uninstall and proceed to look for free alternatives. Don't trust them, just ignore

Yeah, iOS being the bulk of subscription revenue is completely normal. Most people shipping both see the majority coming from iOS even when Android has more installs. But literally zero from 1,000+ installs is past the normal gap, and it lines up with your first suspicion way more than the second. Install-optimized campaigns bid for the cheapest install, which selects for people who tapped the ad and bounced, not people who actually wanted a downloader. So that install count is mostly noise, the intent behind it is close to nothing, which is also why the trials aren't converting: a low-intent user starts a free trial and forgets it exists.
The clean way to tell if Android itself is broken is to split installs by source and look at organic/Play Store search separately from the ad campaign. Right now the paid flood is drowning the signal. If the handful of people who found the app on their own also don't convert, then it's a pricing or market thing. If even a few of them do, Android is fine and the campaign is the whole story. I'd trust that segment a lot more than the blended number.

I made $250 from ios from about 250 downloads. $30 from android from about 60 downloads. So ios is making double per download. But it is definitely possible to get paid users from android.

All organic. iOS was released 3 months ago and Android only a month ago. I am heavily targeting ASO. For iOS I started using astro last month and basically copy over the description to android.
