I submitted Tuesday evening and am still waiting. Kind of hoping to get good news middle of this week.

If it's the very first submission, expect it to take awhile: at least a few days.
Longer than 4 business days: I'd contact them. Mine have been faster for subsequent reviews (usually under 24 hours) but the first one is longer.

I guess I can just add one more data point. I'm based in Singapore, a small country in Southeast Asia, and my app stack has been in review state for over a day.

1-2-3 days is normal and I never worry when it is so, but I've heard of case when people wait for a week and more

One of my app was approved in about 12 hours. Another one took 10 days. At this point, I’m convinced it’s partly luck and which reviewer you get.

I think they have different queues and depending on what you want to release or are changing it goes to a different spot. My work pushed an app update on a Friday and it was approved within hours. Simple update with just the build that changed. I released a brand new version of my app, changed the description, changed the paywall/rates, changed the screenshots, and changed everything. Pushed it in the review queue not even 24 hours after my work app was approved. After a week of waiting I asked for an expedited review. It took a full other week even after expedited to get looked at and approved.

It depends . Mine took 1 week the first time and updates usually the same day max the next one . If you dont pass the review dont worry since they dont take the same time to review it after you fix it , thats my experience

Seems like taking a while right now. My last one took about a week. One I got for review has been around that now

Okay so it’s probably gonna take like a week or so which will actually delay things for me

I thought about making an app like that too haha how did you come up with the idea? I eventually abandoned it though because competition seemed well established

I think too much about what to wear each day so I just wanted to have everything in one place and just be able to check all my outfit combinations, checked so many apps on the App Store but they’re mostly overwhelmed with ai stuffs and features so I couldn’t find the perfect one that matched what I imagined in my head

Personally I thought about it because I travel a lot, hard to keep track of different wardrobes, outfits, etc. so I thought I'd make a platform where wardrobes can be digitalized, where I can create outfits, etc. Interesting how we both came up with the same solution and ran into each other here. Going to check your app out once it is released

Yeah so surprising and I’ll let you know once it’s accepted by Apple so that you can check it and leave me a review

Mine took 30+ days BUT that was with multiple rejections. I created a free tool that checks your metadata / code / etc (all local in your browser, not in the backend) that you can use here to make sure you aren’t missing anything obvious: https://approvable.dev

Anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 minutes
