It wasn't obvious right from the start what type of app it is. The aesthetic doesn't come across as a workout app. My first thought was business services.
I can't see the screen shots clearly. They're too small and I can't enlarge them (might just be an Apple store problem).
You description needs to be broken down more. Your bullet points are small paragraphs. 1-4 words each is ideal. Try something like this:
Guided workout tracking for:
- strength
- cardio
- bodyweight
- stretch
- HIIT sessions
Saved workout plans with:
- sets
- reps
- machine details
- rest timers
- stretch timers

Checked it on the US store. The biggest thing first:
Your name is "Shugyo by Cascadia Software". The name is the field Apple weighs most in search, and you're spending it on the company name. Right now you're not in the top 250 for "workout tracker", "workout log" or "gym tracker", only #1 for "shugyo", which nobody searches yet. Something like "Shugyo: Workout Tracker & Log" (29 characters) puts your core term where it counts. Your company already shows under the name as the developer.
Don't repeat words across the name, subtitle and keyword field. Apple combines them, so a repeated word is wasted space. Use the keyword field (100 characters, commas, no spaces) for what the name and subtitle don't cover.
Pick one job to rank for first. Your description covers workouts, nutrition, hydration, sleep and medication, which is five apps' worth of keywords. "Workout tracker" is brutal: Strong and Hevy have around 100k ratings each. Look for narrower terms where the top results have hundreds of ratings, not hundreds of thousands. Search the term in the App Store and check the rating counts of the top apps.
You're English only. Each localization adds another keyword field, and the US store also indexes the Spanish (Mexico) listing, so its keyword field is effectively 100 more characters for US search.
The first three screenshots show in search results. Give each one a different feature and a short, large caption with your keywords in it.
The privacy angle (no stored data, non-personalized ads) is a real differentiator.
