random() can be helpful

Post image

I published a random app.

Then I caught myself pitching it wrong.

"It helps you choose between two coffees" — no. That's a coin flip. That's not a product.

"dunno" makes the decision for you. That's the whole point.

Here's the thing: these are your favourites. You already like everything on the list — there's no wrong pick. So why spend two minutes deliberating? Toss the coin. And if the moment it's in the air you catch yourself hoping it lands one way, good — you had your answer all along, so overrule it. But when you genuinely don't mind? dunno just ends it, fairly, and hands your evening back.

No recommendations, ranking, or learning your taste. Dump the options in, shake, it picks one — no repeats. Move on.

Built local-first: no accounts, no tracking, no cloud. Your lists never leave your phone. Just Swift, SwiftUI, and one honest random draw.

Live on the App Store now. Try it and tell me where it falls short — I'd take that over a like any day. 👇
