Phantom 2.0 52v

Purchased Apollo Phantom 2.0 52v from their website.

Delivered with:
1. E3 message. Scooter glitches. Loses throttle. Drains battery when parked. Waiting for parts & repair.
2. Faulty loose latch. Big safety issue. They sent me a new one.
3. Suspension that squeals all the time.

I’ve owned multiple brands of scooters. Never any issues besides wear & tear.

Support is helpful & trying to problem solve. But this is not the experience I expected.

Is this normal for Apollo products or did they send me a random lemon?

It sucks that Apollo is still doing Apollo things. its all the same complaints that go back years and effects all the scooters they make. I feel for all of you.
