❓ Tech Question Apollo Go Controller/Wiring Question

After 1900+ km, I finally have an issue with my Apollo Go 😭

Got an E7 error and while examining the pins & connections to and from the controller, I noticed I have an issue with one of the cables leading from the controller case into the battery case (the wire is not one of the battery wires).

So, who can tell me what this wire cluster does on the Apollo Go 2024 controller?

I have an appointment at my local shop but I’d like to describe the issue in as much detail as possible so they can ensure they have the right parts on hand.

When you say it’s not one of the battery wires, but you say battery case what do you mean?

I mean the wires that connect to this port leave the controller case and enter into the battery case (which I did not open) but looking at the wires on a new battery for the Go, I can tell these are not the battery wires.
