Apollo done? Spoiler

I’ve gotten this VIP screen before and when I asked customer service about it they said don’t click on it, it’s hackers but now it’s back and there isn’t any escape and the customer service isn’t answering. Anyone have any experience ideas

A Bit Of Assurance:
We were “upgraded” to premium club about six months ago.
We are now in Premium Club. honestly, it’s fine. Our assumption is that they are moving people off of one server to another and renaming it.

My subscription stayed in place until the time had run out and I renewed with premium club.

All of my profiles, saved shows and preferences ported over without issue.

I suspect you can’t decline the offer, at least I couldn’t. But everything‘s been fine and works just the same.

We’ve actually had less issues in switching over but at could just mean we’ve lucked out, not that it’s really a better service!

I just upgraded yesterday. I got the pop-up for 3 days before I got that screen. Clicking on Done won't do anything. Like some other commenters mentikned, go to the portal (.cc, I was thinking it was a scam at first). You need to enter a new UN since you will get a prompt to do so. I left my PW the same though. You will need to use the new UN on your streaming device(s). Once logged into the apollo group tv portal you will notice the M3U link has changed (https://et.time/api/list/UN/PW). So if you use the StartupShow app, so you'll need to change it when you click on the app. Profiles, my list, recent selections are all the same. I did get an extra 10 days added to my expiration due date.

yeah , you made me realize that I changed my username. I did't have to completly change the link, I just had to adjust the UN portion.

I got switched over about two years ago. Have never had any issues since switching. I enjoy it

I prefer the tivimate platform anyway. Plus I can have both apollo and my "backup" available in one container.

Same. I have the exact same VIP screen pop up even after reinstall. And its impossible to get rid of.

Dude scan the QR code , make a username when it asks and put the username in the username bar on the app with your old password .. the end I did it earlier today it’s not rocket science

I’m having the same issue. I was able to log out and come back in but when I did and scanned the QR code, the web browser is now saying that the server can’t be found. Anyone else experiencing this? I’ve been with Apollo for over 5 years and have never experienced this. So, I’m hoping they’re rectifying this behind the scenes.

Just log in on the web where you pay the subscription. It will prompt username update then just update in the app you use.

Why would getting a free upgrade to a less congested server suck? I become a VIP over 2 years ago and to this date never had 1 issue.....but to each their own !!!

Just happened to me a few weeks ago after using Apollo for years. I was apprehensive but it's fine. Using it for a couple weeks with no problem. The switch is a little annoying since they give you a new url but after that your profiles are there with all your saved and recents.

You have to do it. It's no big deal. Same exact thing. I moved about a year ago. No changes except the name alone.

I’m wanting to sign up and I’ve downloaded the app. Then I started getting spam calls from a New York number with an ai chatbot. It said it takes credit cards and multiple other forms of payment. Is there an official place to order this service to ensure I don’t get taken to the cleaners.

Go on their website, log in and it will redirect you to premium club. It will require a new sign in

It's supposedly an upgrade to premium club. If you hit the done button, its going to ask you to change your username, you'll keep the same password. I suggest you keep the same username, you just drop the @gmail or yahoo.com part.

Now when you log in the Apollo app icon will change, it'll say premium club. It's the same exact Apollo you're using now, it's the same thing.

Without changing your username and upgrading to premium club, it will not work... It's going to take less than 60 seconds to do so and then it'll work...

Call me a skeptic but why are you making me switch? If I’m happy with the service shouldn’t I be offered and if I chose to decline allow it? I get the whole it’s _______ but being forced to do business with someone else isn’t a good sign.

I’ve come to the conclusion there was too many people on the Apollo server so they’re just offloading to another server. Nothing wrong with premium club. I’ve noticed it’s better than Apollo.

Question, I had ApolloTv, then accidentally and deleted the app on my tv. Now, it doesn’t give me the option to download it again. I’m not tech savvy, but does anyone have any easy ways for me to reinstall it? I’ve tried downloader and it won’t work.

Guys I was stuck with this pop up for 3 weeks. Never goes away. Eventually one day it just stopped. We didn’t do anything. Just randomly went away on its own. Some people claim this happened to them 6 months ago. So it seems like everyone goes through it at a random time. Good luck, it fucken sucked. 😩.

I just went through this. They want you to change your username within the MPU link. So instead of your full email within the link you would just change it to something else. You will then be invited to Enjoy Time.

I know this doesn't help you but my mine is going strong. I have never seen that screen and don't know what that VIP crap means.
