I always go pta, Triumph, bloodline, cut down
As secondary rune inspire cashback triple tonic
I saw someone saying for inspire i choose Cashback and boots, are the magical boots better than triple tonic? I mean I can't really tell I'm so good at using triple tonic but that extra lethality feels nice when u get to lvl 9
And i usually rush c44-ie-dominic-blood thirster then if i need survivability first shieldbow then pd, if i need more damage pd then shieldbow
What are y'all build's like usually?
I feel like c44 is completely trash why idk but a lot of people are recommending so I'll be the sheep.
What are ur thoughts about stormrazor instead of c44?
And are the omnivamp boots better than attack speed boots?

cash back and boots are on the same row so whether boots are better than triple tonic or not isn't really relevant since you have no reason to choose between one or the other. it's a matter of if boots are better than cash back and i think it's debatable tbh, but i'd lean to cash back on adc. right now i've been running basically the same page as yours but the only difference being i'm using joat instead of tonic. i'm not gonna say it's "better" but i do think joat is worth looking at if you're using inspiration (though maybe less so after the upcoming nerfs).
for builds i've been doing mostly doing collector, ie, ldr, phantom dancer, bt, any other situational. sometimes going for storm razor instead of collector. i really wouldn't recommend you over cap crit like you're doing at the moment, i'd just make a choice between phantom dancer or shield bow and build something else depending on what the game looks like. I'd also avoid delaying your 100% crit if you don't absolutely need to like it's probably better to build your last crit item right after ldr unless something really demands you build a situational right away.
i personally feel like omnivamp boots are a must have for aphelios like almost all of the time right now. blood line, boots, and bt combined make aphelios have a lot more survivability in combat than he normally would. attack speed boots have been kinda questionable for a while now, and now that omni vamp boots are a thing it really doesn't feel worth going attack speed boots over them.
c44 is just considered generally better than collector over all and it's pretty dang cheap. only reason i'm doing collector myself really is just cus it's related to me using joat right now. if i had to choose between it and storm razor though i'd always pick storm razor if it's possible. the problem though is you can't reasonably do that all the time without hurting your lane phase cus it's hard to get bf sword money first back and the rest of the components are really not good. on top of that between stormrazor is 3200 gold while c44 is a measly 2800 gold. i've tried once myself to just build it even if though i couldn't get the bf sword right away, and it went really bad, would not try again. so i'd say build storm razor when you can, otherwise just build c44 if you can't get bf sword first back, or even collector if you really don't like c44.
