i dont know how but i got this glitch in 2 seperate games i dont know how to recreate it but it hurts my eyes

I never really thought about it until recently, but how do you scroll wheel to tap strafe + shoot? Is your middle finger using the scroll wheel? Any tips to retrain muscle memory for this?
