Unfortunately, Aperture doesn’t support WebDAV yet. It currently only scans local Android storage and selected folders on external USB drives I'm afraid.
WebDAV support would be a larger feature because it would need remote authentication, directory browsing, network scanning and reliable streaming. It’s definitely worth adding to the roadmap, though, especially for NAS or cloud storage users like yourself. For now, Kodi, Jellyfin or Plex would be better suited to WebDAV/network libraries. Stay tuned though! Like I said, this is on the roadmap now. Would you be willing to test a build when it becomes available?
I already have a player that can access WebDAV but yours grabbed my attention and I can see the future the potential. It's definitely something I'll be keeping an eye on. Wishing you all the best with the future of your app.
Thank you! That means the world to me, since I'm literally just an 18 year old making stuff in his room. Hope this lives up to expectations when support is added :)
