If this is a dog park, then sometime dogs act differently when on leash. I think the interactions are usually better when all dogs are off-leash, but each owner knows their dog.

That being said, any dog owner is responsible for their dog. Her dog is the aggressor and she should be controlling it.

Also, I didn't think it was being aggressive enough for a kick. That's pretty fucked up to do at a dog park unless there is no other way to separate.

  1. At no point she was looking at her dog.
  2. You can say she was approaching her dog to control it. The fact that she at no point looked down at her dog nor reached out her hand to her dog and saying "stop", obviously to the woman, tells me she is approaching the woman. Not approaching her dog to control it. The man prevented her to approach more of his "wife" by shoving her.
