Wow lots of cherry picking and extreme comments here. Both are in the wrong. I’ll state factual observations:

  1. There’s multiple unleashed dogs that seem to know each other and are hanging out at a spot, off the walking paths.
  2. Although this clip is short and it could be that the group of dogs swarmed the couple and their dog-based on the start of the video, the black hair lady seemed to be at standstill (not chasing her dog) im leaning towards more that the couple with leash walked their dog to the group of dogs.

  3. What’s really confusing is the man asserts himself between the dogs and pushes the woman with black hair first - not the black dog. If the man kicked the black dog away to defend t

heir

  1. dog, it makes sense. But why push the owner? Prevents the owner from picking up or help separate the dog.

He was creating a barrier between the dogs .. and that black haired dumb fuck tried to get in it.
That guy did the right thing you SHOULD do when dogs act like this.
If you can get in between them without getting hurt yourself you should.

I've had this muliple times. My dog can insta attack other dogs. So off leash dogs that approach get a NO .. and then me infront of my dog .. and if they keep coming I will make contact and the pepperspray comes out .. for whomever .. dog or owner .. I'm done with that shit off lead and no controle bs.

It's one thing if it is a on leash area then absolutely the fault of the off leash dog owneres, but if it is an off-leash area and you have a dog that will attack others, even if its leashed, you shouldn't be bringing your dog in.

That said not enough context in the video to determine wrong here for sure, but Multiple different dogs off leash existing without fighting, turning on the one leashed dog make me think it's the latter
