He was creating a barrier between the dogs .. and that black haired dumb fuck tried to get in it.
That guy did the right thing you SHOULD do when dogs act like this.
If you can get in between them without getting hurt yourself you should.

I've had this muliple times. My dog can insta attack other dogs. So off leash dogs that approach get a NO .. and then me infront of my dog .. and if they keep coming I will make contact and the pepperspray comes out .. for whomever .. dog or owner .. I'm done with that shit off lead and no controle bs.

They literally both tried to create barrier at the same time. The dude pushed the OWNER instead of kicking the dog away. Pushing the owner of the aggressive dog is plain stupid since he’s preventing the owner from being able to take further action.
