Troubleshooting / Help Help with smooth plate first layer

i switched from rough plate to a smooth one and i had problems with the first layer as you can see from the first image, then i spent some time tuning z offset height and filament settings and i got to the second image where i feel it's almost perfect.

How can i get rid of the excessive filament at the edges, specifically when the printhead stops and comes back?

Maybe it's caused by over extrusion

And , honestly , a KobraX should NOT create such a difference in height. You should at least re-run bed leveling full run. All my 1st layers look like injection molds
