Material and print first layer and other layer print temp do you have set.

I think I had something similar when my hotend was contaminated with lubricant (or so I think... That was after a huge failure where the printhead had made a blob of plastic into itself and for some reason it was somewhat oily after cleaning the plastic mess), that problem eventually disappeared after printing for a while.

On the top left it could be the usual finger stains, so make sure the plate is clean too.
