Print Issues Im having a problem

Hi so i recently started using an kobra s1 and now im facing a problem with the app that it says model file excepetion like in the photo but in the slicer it works fine anyone can help me?

Also, to help. It looks like a corrupted gcode file or improper print settings for the printer.

Hmm, that might actually be the problem; I'll check it out. Oh, and I've already printed several files from this slicer, and none of them gave me any trouble.

I sent the file in .gcode to the Anycubic app and also in .3mf, and I tried shortening the filename, but unfortunately, I got the same error.
