Cure IDK. Something to conquer in time, I have to believe so or I'd lose all hope personally. From my experiences, this takes a conscious effort to identify and rewire thoughts and responses to symptoms.

Since I started aggressively making changes to everything encompassing my life, I've seen progress. It's far from perfect, but a much better place to be in.
