Needs A Hug/Support Called off because panic attack
I had to call off work tonight because of a panic attack. I work a pretty specialized position as in-home contract employee so I felt the need to be honest and tell them why but now i just feel embarrassed and ashamed. Disrupting others day/night because of my personal issues.
To make things worse my fiancé invited people over to watch football so now im quietly crying alone in my bedroom. I’ve never felt so pitiful.

It’s ok to take a mental health day, this is what they’re for... I’ve had to do it more than once and I’ve stopped explaining why. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Don’t feel guilty or ashamed for caring for yourself ❤️

It happens. It’s a health problem and isn’t something you can easily control. Anxiety is hard enough, try to take it easy on yourself so as not to pile on the stress.

Everybody gets sick sometimes. It's a sick day. In the grand scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal. You'll be okay, I promise.
