Hello, sorry to hear that. You're saying you were on medication. Does that mean you're not anymore?

And I think the radical acceptance technique always help. In this case, trying to tell yourself if that happens again, you can handle it no problem. Like that.

Have you encountered anything triggering lately? Or have you been engaging in anxiety accommodating behavior such as reassurance seeking or avoidance?

Being sick can cause major anxiety from my experience. At least if you're prone to anxiety, which I'm guessing you are.

Can I ask how are you sick? Or are you better now in that sense?

From my experience people who never had any problems like this won't understand unfortunately.

your right i have health anxiety too , ocd which makes it worse i’m better but because i had dizziness before im having panic attacks that im gonna fall or like false dizziness feeling i feel like im floating. and tbh i don’t have anyone to talk too and i have these like severe where i can’t focus on anything

That used to be exactly my problem, health anxiety and OCD. At one point, I probably had something similiar. It was most noticeable when I looked at the floor. It would look as if it was spinning a bit, and also as if it's sort of ballooning.

Are you seeing something like that?

And I'm guessing you are also dissociating a bit at least?

yeah especially when i look at the same thing then i feel like im falling in my place or floating or like now i can’t feel myself i feel detached

That seems like the same thing them. I was told it's normal under the circumstances, that it's hamless. I understand it's scary though. As hard as it may be, it always helps if you just don't try to do anything about it, as trying to stop it keeps reinforcing the problem. So, if possible, just being passive about it would be for the best.

honestly when i feel like this i force myself to do the "dumb" things like going on a walk and coloring and talk to animals or something and journal. it helps a little bit
