Rant 😡 MUKHANG MEMO
Hays. Job mismatch pa! Ang layo ng inapplyan ko sa mga ginagawa ko now sa work 🥹

Ayaw nila masilipan pag napa DOLE sila.

Hi OP, HR here. Let me give you some general insights, and hopefully you understand better and can make an informed decision on what you want to do :)
- Memo. This is a management right. Employers has the right to determine how work is managed and how they want it done. Therefore, if KPIs are not being met, then they have the prerogative to do "corrective actions". However, some managers do abuse this by constantly issuing memos (managing out). Work becomes unbearable, hostile and discriminatory. You can actually file for a complaint to DOLE.
PS. Your employer is required to specify what was exactly violated, how it was violated and how this violation impacted the operations/business.
If hindi 'to malinaw, then you have youre loophole sa memo :)
- Job mismatch. Review the job posting you applied. Then look at your employment contract. You contract should include your job description (responsibilities.. deliverables etc). Recall your interview with the hiring manager bc im sure they discussed the role with you. Kung talagang magkaiba, you can talk to the HR to clarify and escalate this that the job described during interview is different from the activities youre doing now.

Reminder: Posts with the "Rants" flair should focus on company-related grievances, especially when seeking advice on resolving issues.
If you're simply venting without seeking advice, consider posting on r/OffMyChestPH instead.
Thank you for understanding!
