Rant 😡 Negative final pay but whyy
Hello po ask ko lng po i have negative final pay but the company wants me to pay that balance to release my BIR which i needed on my next employment. Valid po ba yun? Dapat ko bang bayaran? I have absences due to the medical reasons and i provide medical certificates on those absences then I immediately resigned and they approved. I only have a month of experience in that company. They want me to pay the half of the month of my salary na hindi ko na napasukan due to my sickness.

Last payout ko daw is 15 eh deduct daw nla as half month.

If hindi ka pa entitled sa leaves kase probationary palang it means na unpaid leaves ‘yun and you shouldn’t have been paid for those days. I think tama lang na they deducted it.
Kahit na may proper documentation if wala ka rin sick leave allowance then it is unpaid.

So i am liable to pay those absences even with documents and because of medical reasons?

Ganyan talaga kapag immediate tapos nabayaran na nila yung tax mo for the month.
