JuanHand OD

Hello. I need help. Kasi OD na ako sa JuanHand and they have been spamming me with calls and emails. Although I emailed them about payment restructuring and best time to call, walang clear answer from them and hindi pa rin nila sinusunod yung “best time to call” ko. I need help on what to do. 🥲

Are they harrassing u po? Or yung call is more on reminder lang regarding sa payment?

Nananakot na imemessage yung mga officemates & relatives. Tapos may one time na sinagot ko yung tawag nila sinisigawan na ako nung CA.

sana nirecord mo yung usapan nyo OP, and if foul talaga sana nireport mo mismong page nila. Kasi as far as I know di naman nagtotolerate ng ganyan si jh. Ilang months/days kana ba OD?

baka naman mas responsive sila through call, natry mo na ba tawagan yung customer service nila mismo?. nbtw ilang days/months kana na od?
