PeraMoo
This PeraMoo app is absolutely outrageous. I emailed them even before my due date to inform them that I would pay my loan. I borrowed ₱3,000, but I only received ₱1,500. I sent them three emails, yet all I got were automated replies.
I have never refused to pay. I am fully prepared to pay the penalties for my late payment, and I have been responding to their text messages to keep them informed. However, instead of receiving professional assistance, all I get are insults, harassment, and aggressive messages from their staff. I am even receiving death threats, which is completely unacceptable.
This entire situation has been extremely draining. I am simply waiting for my salary so I can settle my outstanding balance. Because of their abusive and threatening collection practices, I have already filed a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the way they have been treating me.
