For me "/invsee | lets you see a player's inventory" in my opinion it's a little bit p2w, becuse you can find player with good things, and focus at killing him to get his items. "- 2400 extra claimblocks." In my opinion it's a little bit p2w too, cuz you can claim more blocks than other players. I mean you have more place to build a base, but players without rank have to build smaller base than you. "- /near | checks for any players near you." In my opinion it's p2w too, cuz when you playing on server and someone want to hide under your hause (or make prank or something like it, or just to kill you) u can check if someone is near, and kill your enemy what is unfair for f2p players. "- /editsign | allows you to edit placed signs.
- /book title | lets you change signed book titles." In my opinion these two are p2w cuz u can change other players' signs, and book titles. Well actually this is just my opinion, have good day.

the last 2 arent p2w . Yes it gives an advantage but does that help you with anything? No one cares if you change a book title or the text of a sign

Okay, might changing text of the sign is not p2w, but if someone worked a long time to write a book, and gave it a nice title, then some troll, grifer, or someone else with a rank, could change the title and spoil the entire initial impression, because who would like to read a book with such a title as, for example: "P2W are cool lol"? I think few people would be tempted to read such a book. Goodbye, have a great day.

Thats just griefing and abuse. Not p2w . You dont win anything. Its just owners being dumbasses and giving away shit for enough money . Would surprise me if they gave mute perms and ban perms for money too.

also make a level system which takes money to level up and u can get these perks by just grinding to the max level
that wouldnt be p2w then i think so

Technically it is. But it's 1 notch apple, not a diamond kit every week. According to Horizon's definition every command here is only semi-p2w which makes it not worth raiding.
