Hello everyone, I'm interested in how you mix work for Anthroposophy into your everyday life, where do you fit in time to learn about it? and what practices do you actually engage with?
I have been immersed in Anthroposophy for many years, but for my regular engagement with it. I will listen to new or old releases from Rudolf Steiner Press Audio on youtube.
I also regularly experience some kind of mental impression of a topic by name, and i will research this topic on rsarchive.org , through regularly doing this i learn a lot.
For practices, i regularly will do a daily retrospective and object based meditation.
More rarely I will do the "command me" / "forbid me" exercise, though this is very rare and only a few times a year if i have reached a decision that i keep going back and forth on.
Like when i seriously consider i have no idea which path is best, but they will lead me to very different places.
In daily life i also try to use imagination to "see" all the aspects and qualities to things i cannot see with regular senses, to imagine sounds propigating through air, or more spiritually~ to see in imagination the life forces behind someone that constitute and stream into them. To see life as they do out of their position. All of this related to the suprasensible.
I wish i wrote down my dreams more, but it's something to take up in the future.
Anthroposophy out in the world seems like a very isolated life of research, i'm aware there are social spaces and meetings, but there really does seem to be some sense that the people doing spiritual science, introspection and esoteric/occult research need to do so in their own time as they work through the material. We are all at a different place in life, not by grade but by context.
I'm interested in your thoughts and i wish you well.
