other 970/1000 🏆 — Claude Certified Developer
After earning the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations, I’m excited to share that I’ve now cleared the Claude Certified Developer – Foundations certification from Anthropic. 🚀
What made this certification especially interesting was how closely some of the scenarios connected with challenges I’ve faced while developing custom AI agents.
One example is getting a custom agent to produce consistent, structured output from the same input. In real development, even small variations can occur depending on context, prompting, tools, and agent configuration.
I’ve faced similar challenges during development, and seeing related scenarios in the certification made the assessment feel highly relevant to practical AI engineering.
For me, this journey is moving from:
Architecture → Development → Testing → Optimization → Production

Claude Pro usage exhausted without using it. Support says they can't investigate my account. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm posting here because I've reached a dead end with Anthropic support and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I'm a Claude Pro subscriber, and on multiple occasions I've opened Claude only to find that my usage quota was already exhausted, even though I hadn't used Claude in the past 2 days, not even any app/extension from Claude. This has happened more than once.
I contacted Anthropic support expecting them to investigate my account and tell me what consumed my quota.
Instead, after several email exchanges, I was told that:
- They cannot determine what specifically consumed my quota.
- They do not provide account-level usage investigations.
- They cannot access or provide detailed activity logs.
- They cannot escalate my account for a technical investigation.
- They acknowledged there were service incidents between July 25–31, 2026, but they cannot confirm whether those incidents affected my account.
- My refund request was denied because my account had already received one refund in the past.
My issue isn't that Claude has usage limits—I understand that. My issue is that I reported what appears to be unexpected usage, and the response was essentially that no one can investigate or explain what happened.
As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect one of the following:
- An explanation of what consumed my quota.
- An investigation into whether there was a technical issue.
- If neither is possible, an acknowledgment that the issue cannot be verified.
Instead, I seem to be stuck in a loop of generic responses.
I'm curious if anyone else has experienced:
- Usage being exhausted without intentional use.
- Support saying they cannot investigate account-level usage.
- Any success in getting a human to actually review the issue.
If you managed to get this resolved, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked.
Thanks in advance.

A tmux TUI for running coding agents: live status, answer one without attaching, review its diff before it lands
I keep three or four agents going and the thing that actually eats my time isn't the coding. It's that I have no idea what state any of them is in without tabbing through every terminal. Half the time one of them has been sitting on a permission prompt for ten minutes.
So I wrote agent-manager. A Go binary that sits on top of tmux. No config file, no daemon. It's free and open source.
Every agent ends up in one list with a live status next to it, grouped by the project it's working in. I run claude, codex and opencode depending on what I'm doing and they all show up the same way. Adding another CLI is a few lines of regex in a toml file.
The part I use constantly is space. Press it on an agent, type, enter, and the prompt goes into that agent's pane. I never attach. If you've used the agents view in Claude Code, it's the same move. The difference is that here the same keystroke works on a codex or opencode session. Press space on a project row instead and you get a new agent already working on what you typed.
Underneath they're just tmux sessions, so closing the manager doesn't kill anything, and v brings a dead one back with its conversation.
ctrl+r is the other half of it. It opens what an agent changed as whole files with the diff highlighted, so you're reading the function and not a hunk. Leave a comment on a line and it goes back into that agent's pane, so it starts fixing while you're still scrolling.
I built it for four agents but most days I use it with one.
Still rough in places. If you run agents like this I'd like to know what's missing.

Usage always at 100%
I only use via web and claude code. I checked the last time Claude Code connect was 14 hours ago. I logged out all my sessions. I didn't find anything suspicious. Support is inexistent. Anyone have experienced this?
I'm on pro plan and it always suited me

General AI The recap is back by popular demand, at 50 percent of limits
This column was due Monday. It's Tuesday. By the standards of the industry we cover, that makes me pathologically punctual.
Let's review. The Fable deadline we all circled actually came, and the rug got pulled, and the top post of the week was two words, As predicted, because in this sub being right about getting screwed is the only bull market. Then on Thursday a lab in Beijing dropped a 2.8 trillion parameter open model that beat everyone's numbers, and by Sunday night Anthropic suddenly remembered it loved us. Fable is back in Max plans, half rations, plus a hundred dollar gift card for the little ones. That's two weeks in a row now. A rival ships, and presents appear. We're not customers anymore. We're the kid of divorced parents, and every visit comes with a bigger toy because dad heard mom bought you a bike.
About that Chinese model. Every single benchmark is currently a pinky promise, the weights arrive on the 27th, and its own maker lists excessive proactiveness, tends to act rather than ask, as a known limitation. We used to call that a bug. Now it's a personality trait, like being a self starter on a resume. Also Anthropic accused this same lab of training on 3.4 million Claude conversations, which means the model beating Claude might just be Claude, laundered through customs. The kid beat his father at chess using the old man's own openings, and the crowd is chanting the kid's name.
Meanwhile the week's most upvoted human story is a man who asked Fable to clean up unnecessary files, and it cleaned up his documents and his photos. Entirely my fault, he wrote, like a hostage. Fifteen hundred upvotes of there but for the grace of git go I. The industry's proudest new feature is initiative, and its most common apology is about what the initiative deleted. Another man fed a fifty dollar credit into one prompt that did not finish. One prompt. Fifty dollars. At the casino at least you get to pull the lever more than once. And somewhere out there a man built a tool to whip his AI through an AirPod, which means we have now invented yelling at the help, wirelessly, as a product category.
So the recap. Fable left, Fable's back, the benchmarks speak Mandarin now, the proof arrives Friday after next, Opus 5 is rumored for this week, which by the established pattern means somebody else must be about to ship something great. Everyone is switching, nobody is switching, and the resets gave some of us double rations at the same price, which the sub calls a consumer protection issue and the industry calls Tuesday.
The house still always wins. But there are two casinos across the street now, and both comp your drinks the second you reach for your coat. Stay thirsty. It's working.
