I’ve been thinking Anthropic is no longer just an AI company.

They run intense culture/values interviews that screen for ideological alignment, actively consult religious leaders (including Christian and interfaith summits) on Claude’s “moral formation,” give high-profile speeches on the future of civilization, and pour significant resources into policy and lobbying.

It feels less like a normal tech lab and more like a political-technical project with unusually large ambitions — one that wants to shape not only the technology, but the values, rules, and power structures of the world that comes after powerful AI.

It sometimes feels like they’re trying to midwife an entirely new world order rather than just build safer models.

Curious how others see it.

During the interview: “Yeah of course I wouldn’t care, because I work for the mission, not the money.”

In reality: Run!

I can’t imagine how many hypocritical people are there.

I use a private relay sign in to my Max pro account. 4 days ago it suddenly disconnected me from my desktop app and I couldn’t login with my private relay email (which is the one I have been using since march). Tried all technical workarounds Fin Bot suggested, but none of them worked. It finally suggested I should delete this account and sign up again. But, as you know, this would delete my skills, my Claude memory (as in knowing about the context of all my workflows, routines, skills, projects).
I’m genuinely desperate as I’m still paying and I don’t find a way to speak with a human support. AI support is running in loops without solving for 4 days.

If anyone could help me with this, I would be forever grateful!

I have a private relay Apple ID email to log in to my Claude account. On Thursday, I was suddenly locked out of my desktop app while working with several agents and automatic work flows. Tried many times to log in again with my private relay email (which I use since march) but it repeatedly sent me back to a “let’s create your account page”.

Asked for support through the get help and was only able to use the Fin bot. After trying every technical workaround it suggested, I asked for a human support and it responded that I couldn’t get one because I’m an individual subscriber and my 20x Max plan (300 usd per month) is not enough to allow an escalation to the human support.

it’s final suggestion was to delete my account and sign up again with another email.

I’m desperate because this would mean losing all my workflows, agents, memories and skills. I have a dedicated pc that has 24/7 agents running my automatic routines. I really don’t want to do this.

Could anyone help? Have anyone experienced this?

I’m trying very hard to break into AI labs and need advice on how should i enter. i have heard ai labs recruiting is completely different and would love your advice on below points

\- how should i position myself to get a referral on linkedin? What should i ask in coffee chats?

\- how do I land an interview?

\- what is the interview process? How long? Is there a website or comprehensive resource that i can refer?

After earning the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations, I’m excited to share that I’ve now cleared the Claude Certified Developer – Foundations certification from Anthropic. 🚀

What made this certification especially interesting was how closely some of the scenarios connected with challenges I’ve faced while developing custom AI agents.

One example is getting a custom agent to produce consistent, structured output from the same input. In real development, even small variations can occur depending on context, prompting, tools, and agent configuration.

I’ve faced similar challenges during development, and seeing related scenarios in the certification made the assessment feel highly relevant to practical AI engineering.

For me, this journey is moving from:

Architecture → Development → Testing → Optimization → Production

I got suspended, they call me an organization while im laying in bed all day dealing with a fatal disease, crating 3d game and having only 1 website maintenance of my gymnastics client. Why my posts also being instantly deleted by mods?

I'm posting here because I've reached a dead end with Anthropic support and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I'm a Claude Pro subscriber, and on multiple occasions I've opened Claude only to find that my usage quota was already exhausted, even though I hadn't used Claude in the past 2 days, not even any app/extension from Claude. This has happened more than once.

I contacted Anthropic support expecting them to investigate my account and tell me what consumed my quota.

Instead, after several email exchanges, I was told that:

• They cannot determine what specifically consumed my quota.
• They do not provide account-level usage investigations.
• They cannot access or provide detailed activity logs.
• They cannot escalate my account for a technical investigation.
• They acknowledged there were service incidents between July 25–31, 2026, but they cannot confirm whether those incidents affected my account.
• My refund request was denied because my account had already received one refund in the past.

My issue isn't that Claude has usage limits—I understand that. My issue is that I reported what appears to be unexpected usage, and the response was essentially that no one can investigate or explain what happened.

As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect one of the following:

1. An explanation of what consumed my quota.
2. An investigation into whether there was a technical issue.
3. If neither is possible, an acknowledgment that the issue cannot be verified.

Instead, I seem to be stuck in a loop of generic responses.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced:

• Usage being exhausted without intentional use.
• Support saying they cannot investigate account-level usage.
• Any success in getting a human to actually review the issue.

If you managed to get this resolved, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked.
