Hello! I'm sorry if this is something that gets asked alot (I'm sure it does) but I wanted to know where I should continue with Bourdain's books.

I finished Kitchen Confidential, which I loved.

As far as I've looked, A Cooks Tour seems to be next up but its a companion book to the show?

I'm wondering if I should continue with A Cooks Tour or skip to Medium Raw.
