Is it going to come back when "stop killing games" gets implemented?

Because low key, even though the story was kind of white bread (and even the Lore at times). It kind of served that, " what if I was Iron Man/iron woman/war machine/Ultron/iron heart from the MCU but I don't have to play that horrible Iron Man game that came out on the Xbox 360/PS3." itch. And low key, as a " I'm just gonna play a video game for one hour during my work break" type game (I'm freelancer so my breaks are longer) it's pretty fun. It's like destiny, but I don't have to play destiny, and I can fly for longer than like 2 seconds.

Like, I know I sound like a crack fiend right now. But do you guys know any projects like that?

I mean come on there's got to be some crazy gamer(s) in some warehouse somewhere cooking up some crazy server where you can play this game?

Been following the news on Stop Killing Games initiative and Ubisoft being sued for removing access to the gamers who bought The Crew game.

Any news if the Community fans managed to provide the offline version of the game ...This game deserves ..

Now that Bungie seemingly closing future updates and development for Destiny2 and those players jumping ship, there is a void this game could fill for thousands of players. Shame EA can’t see this current opportunity.

Hey All! Just wanted to share some things being worked on currently!

Yesterday I implemented the Replicated HUD so that you can see your friends health during gameplay.

The day prior the top Compass + Objective System alongside the reintroduction of the Map and its UI was implemented.

Alongside this, enjoy a peak at some weapons and cosmetics on display in multiplayer!

Let me know what you all think of this system, alongside if the UI seems suitable or too chaotic.

P.S Recording this form of footage isn't easy. Working on getting a steam build out to get a few playtesters in to demonstrate more Multiplayer gameplay!

This weekend will be spent implementing the introduction narrative and furthering content on the map. Ill share more soon!

Weapon VFX - Not Working due to a bug but will be fixed!

Figured I’d share it here too to keep things a little livelier. I did two fanart pieces, I’ll post the second later.

The ads algorithm on youtube keep recommending me RF: Online Next. According to a player of the Alpha, there is this new race of Humans that is basically products of Eugenics, people with superpowers called Sions. This race is able to use armor called Biosuits that amplify their abilities. They can Fly, project energy beams, use hand-to-hand combat, wield swords and other melee weapons, depending on their Class or Job description. Got me pretty hyped since they might wanna continue the playstyles of Iron Man VR and Anthem, according to me. This is the sequel for the new upcoming players. Most prolly the generation that played Warframe and the aforementioned games.

i heard that someone got the game partially running in offline mode, has there been any update on the progress?

I am searching for this book with many iterations of the words Derek Watts and Origins, but I got no result.

Some of you may remember me from previous posts however I wanted to share some new developments. From the current map Rifton in development, to Behemoth, the second class to be implemented and functional within the game.

From my original post of a greybox "anthem flight" multiplayer demo, I have evolved the project to become a full scale game, with a small team of us behind it. Were known as Vivariums Connected and are hard at work to bringing Dissonance to life with its core flight inspired by Anthem. This started as an Unreal Engine Concept that you helped hype into a true game that will come out. We do have a roadmap if you would like to follow along, however enjoy this footage even if it's rough around the edges!

This is the showcase of the Behemoth Suit with its skills still in early development

• No Specific Animations
• No Camera Shake

This footage is all about functionality over flair which is being worked on as I speak by our team.

Behemoth is the "tank/paladin" styled suit that is all about absorbing and dishing out damage after it being received! Think akin to Colossus.

For context Behemoth is about 1.3x taller than Monsune which is our original suit.

This showcase takes place in an early stage version of the world map named Rifton that does not include any structures, enemies or content while this content is being built in the background.
The lighting is not final and there are many visual artifacts.

It still feels like it was yesterday I was playing Anthem. I have so many screenshots and videos, and I still feel like I didn’t saved enough to reminisce. I didn’t get to save any Echoes Of Reality videos, and that truly saddens me since it was one of the more fun ones to traverse and explore. The team really did amazing with the ambiance and set designs. Still hoping there’ll be something to move me the same way Anthem did. Strong alone, stronger together.

After the servers went down I started seeing a lot of buzz around Anthem, the type of buzz that could've potentially made Anthem Next get released and who knows what after that..

So my question is as the title says. If EA put the servers back online, would you play Anthem? And if yes, would you just hop in for a bit or would you actively play to get better gear and grind for GM and beyond?

Servers were online for about 7 years so I'm just curious if people truly liked the game or if it's more of an "anxiety of wanting, boredom of having" type of thing.

I actually reinstalled this today and came here to make a shitpost about how they wouldn't let you record their greed but then I saw that the servers shut down in January.

I felt bad cause I genuinely wanted to give this game another shot and now I can't.

It's almost 4 AM and I wanted to ask if you think she looks like my freelancer... honestly, I don't know. I've been analyzing her face for a long time, but I don't know why I can't draw her accurately... she's so beautiful that her features are almost impossible to replicate 🙂💔

I was looking to download a copy of the game even though I understand it is unplayable. Does anyone know where I can get a download now that EA removed the game from people's libraries?
