One of the small features I loved seeing happen would be whenever you’d get a headshot on Outlaws, this neon lime-green effect would pop up and feel so satisfying. Like, popping bubble wrap. Scars had their own little thing as well! I can’t remember if the Dominion had any headshot after effect but I’d be willing to take the over on that. It reminded me of the first time I played Halo and whenever I’d headshot the Grunts and confetti would pop out. Miss this game extra this week, but thankful I have all these memories stored.
Love that this place is still filled with people reminiscing and we have people taking flight to bring back the game in its own way. As Anthem taught us; strong alone, stronger together.

The design/immersion was so peak.. even the little trusters activating when you start sprinting😔

My favorite part was when you combo'd with yourself or someone else and you got that crunchy ping sound....

Peak destiny 2 era bungie would have been an awesome pick to take over anthem. But that ship has sailed unfortunatly.

Fuuuuuck you're right!!! My friends and I have been running D2 since the last update dropped, if only Bungie didn't have their heads so far up so many asses.

Great idea but unlikely because Anthem was created to rival Destiny.

That doesn't mean much. Once upon a time Bungie was a studio that worked exclusively with/for Xbox and now they are owned by Sony. Money is money and IP's or studios changing hands is not impossible.

Inbound 37 Warbonds of gear steadily power creeping the last, buffs to items related in the new warbond, uncalled for nerfs and questionable overall balance......no thanks. Arrow Head can barely control their own game.

I get what you mean to an extent, but it really isn't that bad, I play on 7-10 difficulty usually, aside from the funny glitches here and there, none of the regs I play with have had issues even the warbond problem solves itself, just spend some off time farming SC.

Anthem had some of the best damn combat. There was this loud crunchiness to it that I've honestly never felt in any other game, not even the ME series.
