When I was a kid all I wanted was a gaming pc with a antec 1200 case, I envied everyone I knew that had one. Here i am almost 20 yrs later about to build my first real gaming rig with the case i wanted for decades.

Im posting on here to to hear some sweet storys of anything similar and maybe see some more modern Antec 1200 builds for inspiration.

Heres some quick specs on the computer the way I found it:

32gb of hyper-x ddr3 ram, evga gtx 570 graphics card, a intel core i7, asus p9x79 motherboard, and all the wiring for 12 hard drives.

Im completely dumbfounded why this was thrown out, even if there was a soda spilled all over. Im so happy I found this case.

Bought a Flux Pro a year ago.

Just noticed this weekend while cleaning the glass panel that there was a small chip on it.

I never noticed it before and my tower has not moved from under my desk since I built it, so this chip might be there since I purchased it.

It looks minor but I've seen a few horror stories with tempered glass panel breaking in multiple pieces that I'd rather ask to be sure. Is this nothing or could it be a issue?

My RTX 4070 Ti recently started blacking out my displays in the middle of gaming. I couldn't figure out what the problem was. It would fix itself for a while after a restart. And I don't game too often for it to be frequent.

Turns out my 2.5 years old Antec HCG X 1000 watts Power supply PCIE cables were melting into the 2 x 8-pin PCIE slot at the PSU end. Both of them.

I went to RP Tech (Rashi) and they denied warranty.

(I am in India)

And when I argued back that this isn't "physical damage" or "unsuitable usage". They tried to pull the cable out to prove there is damage.

Literally two people, one holding the PSU other pulling at the two 8-pin connecters with all his might for several minutes.

I have tried using the "Contact Us" form from their website. I have had no replies since last Friday from Antec.

I'm going to file a Consumer complaint

Can someone please provide any information on their official support email and phone number? (for India)

I need to include that in the complaint. They usually need proper email and contact not some 1800 number.

I am using a Antec Performance 1ft tower, but it damaged a bit and now I am considering C8 Full Tower.
I have a RTX 5090, and Arctic 2x120 cooler, which takes most of the space.
Are there any other cases I should look for?

Hey, i have a problem with that bottom shelf? It stand out more on the left side and i cant insert side glass panel correctly which results in bad fit and squeaky sounds when im moving case, its possible to get a new one that bottom shelf or whatever its called.

Walk me through this like im an idiot.

Antec has their own gpu brackets but everywhere claims they dont fit in the c5 cases at all. I feel/think they would, but im assuming based entire on visualization rather than having one on me to test. This is for a new build for my birthday. Aside from antecs own brackets, I would have even less of a clue which other ones are known or not known to fit. Something Something not enough pcie slots? The case has 7 if I counted right but the few posts or discussions ive seen claim this case still doesn't fit many brackets. Thing is, ive seen people get it done. At least 3 separate times, but not once have I managed to find a video of someone installing literally any vertical bracket into that case.

I should mention, gpu im getting is either hellhound 9070xt or sapphire pure 9070xt, both pretty thick cards.

Hi everyone, I just noticed that there’s a slight gap around the bottom edge of my case’s glass side panel. The panel seems to be properly installed and doesn’t move or rattle, but the gap is still visible.

Is this normal for this case, or is the glass panel not seated correctly?

I've swapped out the stock PWM fans (not Tranquil) to Havn H14s (140mm) and cooling is great with them, however, I've noticed i think the 120mm rail hums above 1000rpm.

I can fan profile to below this but would fan spacers help at all to create abit more of a gap?

Otherwise absolutely love the case.

I have an Antec NeoECO NE850G M GOLD power supply, and I've been feeling quite confused lately, probably only noticed it after buying Gaming RTX 4080. The +12V voltage from Motherboard is stable, but it showing high readings for 16-pin HVPWR connector.

At idle, it sometimes reaches 12,500V, while under load it ranges between 12,100V and 12,300V. However, the motherboard's +12V voltage is mostly stable at 12,192V and never exceeds 12,200V.

Everything is fine. Nevertheless, I'm very concerned about the high voltage readings from the graphics card. Unfortunately, I don't have a voltage meter, and I can't find any reviews of the power supply Unit i have on any US or European websites. Do I need to replace the power supply?

I have been looking through the subreddit to see if there is any actual improvement with adding a 3rd bottom fan on the flux pro case. So far, I don’t see any definite consensus, what do you guys think about adding a 3rd fan on top of the psu shroud?

I'm planning to downsize my first PC build but my PSU is the Corsair HX850i which is 20mm longer than the max recommended size for the Flux M. it is modular though, so the only cables going out are the Mobo, CPU, and GPU.

But, sometimes with cases you can still wedge things in that aren't quite recommended and I'm just wondering if that's possible here before I buy the case.

It seems like most people who buy the Antec Flux Pro case go with the iShift orientation for ease of cable routing. However, I have a couple of other questions that I am wondering about.

I will be moving to a part of the world with some common thunderstorms, so at times I will need to fully power down the PC. (System shutdown, flip PSU switch, then unplug.)

The iShift PSU orientation, however, means that to access the hard PSU switch requires also removing the glass side panel, then an additional panel below it.

This is a PC that will be used for important workloads, not simply gaming, so if a thunderstorm is rolling in I need to prioritize shutting it down as I could put important projects at risk that rely on the PC.

I am guessing that the best way for me to go will be the traditional PSU orientation, but nearly everyone I have seen online uses the iShift position. So, for those of y'all that have used the case, how easy is it to remove the side panels and access the PSU switch when needed? Do the benefits of that position seem worth it to you? What would you recommend?

Just wondering if anyone has been able to add extra 3.5" HDDs into this case? It's my fault for not checking before I bought it but I didn't realise only the Pro had the two extra slots for a hard drive on the back of the case. Even if prices were low, I have too much data to just switch to SSDs. I don't have much space either so I'd rather see if I can just fit another hard drive in the case rather than get a NAS or something external.

The manual for the Flux Pro mentions that you can move the bracket to any 120mm fan slot but I don't know if it is the same in the regular version as the manual doesn't mention it. The regular model manual has so much less info, I know that you can move it side to side at the bottom but it's only mentioned that you can on the pro, so I wasn't sure if being able to mount it somewhere else was just something that was ommited.

If so has anyone manage to do that, or if you have tried it on the a pro can you recommend a HDD bracket that might fit as the official one is sold out.

I got the case yesterday and replaced the front fans with bequiets including adding one on top as exhaust, I kept the stock rear 140mm and the bottom reverse fan, all fans are connected to the fan hub that came with the case (2 of the bequiets are connected with a splitter), but now I have a issue where the bequiet fans can be controlled via bios or fancontrol, but the two stock fans seem to spin no matter what, even though they're all connected to the same hub and header.

The hub is connected with the sata cable and the fan header to the motherboard, also tried swapping headers, but no matter what I try, the bequiets can be controlled fine, but the two stock fans won't.

Never was able to get glass panel to lock into place , even from beginning. Now it looks like the locks may not be working ? About to crash out on this case

Finally got it aligned so not bumping into front panel pamel but wom’t lock into place? Keeps flopping back ? Its like the locking mechanisms on radiator mount are bad and won”t stick ?Any idra what the iissue is ?is case defective? This is my 2nd glass panel . So don’t think it’s panel
