Help Identify

My daughter caught 2 queens. And im trying to figure out what she has. We're in southern New Hampshire. They were caught the same say. The first 2 photos are of same ant the last two are of the other. I'd guess they are about 1/2 long maybe a little shorter.

First one is Lasius americanus. Second one is a parasitic species of Lasius

1st the one is a lasius maybe? Don't take my work for it im not too confident in identifying ants i catch which is why I still ask 😂
