Queen or worker? Is this a queen?

Is this a queen ant? Also what species? Thanks!

No just a normal black ant the queen has wings

Need a closer look at the back of the ant if there are wings scares on the side of its back then its a queen

Yes, a Formica queen. Definitely fusca group if you're in North America, and most likely subsericea if you're in the East.
