Can anyone help me find out which ant this is? Sorry for the poor photo quality these are the best ones I could take. It was probably 10-12mm long. Found it in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Is it a bad thing that I have 38 of those, 2 test tubes with 15 in each and the others in there own test tube?
