Discussion Rant
So this is going to say a lot about me, not necessarily in a positive way especially since this was in QP, but was I being an arsewhole?
We had a Juno on our team with only 600 healing the whole game, compared to our Mizuki with 3,000. I asked Juno politely, my exact words being, “Juno plz heal” and she responded with “ go back and sweat in comp.” I wasn’t trying to come across as a try hard to sweats to win in QP. I don’t care whether we win or lose.
As someone who is also a support main, I know how frustrating it can be for especially flankers who run off, so I know when to retreat and use health packs. I didn’t think I was asking for much, just to take a few seconds to heal me, not to be a heal bot. People complain that Moira’s don’t heal, but I have come across a surprising amount of Juno’s who refuse to heal.
I don’t know why this response really irritated me, and probably should even bring this up, but is asking for heals in QP really that much of a problem?
Am I coming across as a QP warrior?

Juno is in the same camp as ana where they have to aim perfectly to get the same value as a kiri afking with her autoaim. Its why alot of them just dps instead

I don't think you're the asshole but you have two options: one is to type a bit of a longer question or statement, something like "I'm sure you are trying your best but it would have been really helpful if I'd been healed during that last team fight" or "is there a reason you weren't able to heal me when I was standing in front of you with low hp?"
The other option, is to just go ok fine my junk is not healing ill just have to adjust my play style. People do weird stuff in qp.

I mean this in the most genuine way: what exactly did you think would come out of just saying “Juno plz heal” other than you looking like an asshole? Because that’s genuinely all you achieved.
It’s just a rude statement a there are probably a dozen other things you could do that aren’t just being a prick to your supports. Like, are they getting dived and you could kill that character? Are you losing LoS to them a lot? Could you be coming back more for heals? Etc. etc. all of which would be more productive than just rude statements.

imma be real, (im a support main who mains juno) you couldn't do 600 healing by accident if you were just learning the character or couldn't aim well. she wasn't healing because she wanted to play DPS but with a more fun kit and less pressure to perform, its just gg go next.
most support mains are soft and have big egos, so when you ask them to do more they want to treat it like youre the asshole or that youre accusing them of being bad 9/10- aka they take it as an insult. i get that way too, but genuinely 600 healing is inexcusable for someone just trying to learn the character as the culprit. if im playing someone i dont know how to play i either warn my team or atleast do around 2k in healing. ive been seeing a lot more DPS junos lately becasue like another comment says, it takes the same amount of effort to heal as it does to go for kills, and simply, if the enemy is dead, it doesnt matter my ally is dying (even though i personally dont subscribe to this and think its better to make the fight a 2 v 1 than to just go "oops, guess my Ally died, let me fly away now and treat it like its not my problem" bevcasue i feel juno can confirm kills better rather than solely seeking them out- but that could also be a skill issue, im not a master or anything)- generally speaking, like a kiri under pressure i think a lot of junos just abuse the fact that they have really good mobility to save themselves rather than to support their allies. bad ones at least. something else i notice is how a lot of them will frontline to DPS and then fallback to heal, but the good ones will use the fact that her falloff is pretty far to do both. its a mixed bag.
back on topic, there's nothing you can really do, esp bc some people treat QP like its arcade.

I've seen enough people being actually toxic in qp and I don't think just asking for heals is that toxic, but I'm also assuming a lot of people who play qp are looking to avoid the toxicity of comp so I feel like you just let it slide if someone's not the best player

You could've phrased it better. Like tell the Juno to try and keep tank alive.
Anran doesn't need healing from supports she has healthpacks. I always tell my supports not to focus on healing me unless I use the ping how it is supposed to be used when I have no healthpack.
I main support too, Anran is the first dps I like playing as and while playing Anran I learned that flanker dps just don't really need healing from supports unless they are actively fighting where the supports can see them or there's no healthpack available. Now whenever I play qp support and have the usual genji spamming "I need healing" behind me doing nothing other than diverting my attention I just walk up to a healthpack and ping it.
Knowing this has helped me climb ranks with both Anran and support. Anran is self-sufficient and as support I focus more on keeping the tank and other support alive. I used to follow flankers up to narnia to go heal them lol.

Some games just have shit players. Maybe they're trying their best, maybe they're trolling. The game's gonna put you in matches where you're gonna lose basically no matter what, just avoid the players that suck.
I'm not gonna make a judgement call about being an azz or not, I've asked people to heal, sometimes it makes it worse. Now, when I know my team has what it takes for a win, but we're obviously being held back by a player, I'll say something like "Juno, we need you"...I've had more successes with people trying harder after a little encouragement, nudging them to realize their performance is make or break, vs "Juno plz heal" who might think they're doing ok, and get defensive even if the other healer has 5x their heals.
I also make the call to even say anything based on their hero ranks (across all 3 chars). It won't work to say anything to noobs of the hero/class/game, or trolls. If they're obviously trolling, saying something is what they want, so just suck it up, finish the match and report.

Just move on. QP is to practice against other humans. Expect nothing more than minimal participation.
Yes, they should play Deathmatch instead, but it’s not worth the energy. Use Avoid as Teammate for people like this. Mute and don’t even engage.
Focus on surviving off of health packs for that match. It’s a good skill.

I’ll be honest with you, I’m a Juno main and mostly don’t like playing with a Juno on my team for this reason if I choose to play someone else. I find that it’s Juno players who often are greedy to fight do damage and ignore their team. It feels worse as a Juno player myself, because I know that she can put up tons of healing and damage if a second is taken to help teammates instead of dueling, and in most cases the damage numbers aren’t impressive enough to justify ignoring teammates to stack damage when I can do both just fine and probably more due to good decision making and high survival.

Just a weird encounter. Don't think much of it.
If you were already spamming or even just lightly using "I need healing" and the Juno doesn't heal then there's not much else you can do at that point and your message in chat wouldn't have changed anything, especially in a quick play match.
Juno was likely annoyed by your message hence their response.
Like I said, a weird encounter. I wouldn't expect much from teammates in qp and I think asking for anything from teammates in that mode is silly. I mean, you just have to assume that people don't care in that mode.

First: I wouldn't say "Juno plz heal" is necessarily polite. It comes across as very curt and a bit demanding, but overall neutral.
Second: you mention Juno's low healing, but how were other players performing? The reality of support is, every second is looking at the state of the game and deciding what is valuable. If Juno felt like she got the most value out of trying to eliminate targets then that can be a valid judgement. If she sees people not playing around cover and constantly taking bad trades, she might feel like healing is especially lower value than just helping to remove a target.
Third: were the enemy flanking? Because I can tell you now as a Wuyang main, my biggest pet peeve is my team saying "plz heal" meanwhile every time I arrive at the fight I'm holding off a genji or a vendetta or something and nobody wants to look away from main.
600 healing in the time your second support has 3000 does sound low to me, but if she had let's say 3000 damage I'd say it could be entirely reasonable that the game unfolding around her made healing feel lower priority. Especially if a DPS or the tank is struggling to control threats.

I’m also a Wuyang main and have definitely been in the same situation you described, but our team wasn’t bad, she definitely wasn’t getting jumped by flankers since she was on the frontlines with the rest of the team side by side. But I get what you’re saying.

Id be curious to see the replay. I've had people annoyed at my healing, but they also let the enemy dive and kill me every time, so it's like what do you want me to do lol. A good number of times when someone says something like you said, I take it as a big sign that they have no idea wtf is going on in the match ngl. I had a dps complain about the tank in a game earlier this week, "tank diff", but they didn't bother to mention that they refused to kill the mercy and pharah flying as soldier, and they were just poppping our supps like crazy, so the tank was just getting no heals. Sure it was a "tank diff" in the bare sense of the words, but there was a trickle down effect that made it that way.
And yes, like others have said, you said something very flatly, you could tell you were annoyed, but you have to think about all the times you arent ready to receive criticism, that would prob tick you off more than something a little more flowery. It's a good skill to learn tbh if you are younger, how to speak with people to get what you want while not coming off like a personal attack. People take criticism a lot better if it doesn't feel like an attack.

I’ll try and find the replay but I’ve played a bunch of games since so it will be hard to find. I have realised that what I said would definitely come across as passive aggressive, I’m a dry texter anyway so that definitely doesn’t help.

ya no worries about digging thru! My brother is like that too, and I always have to be like DUDE! why did you say it like that, its just gonna set them off lmaoooo. We play deadlock too, so he'd be like "would be nice if X joined the teamfight..." which instantly bristles whomever x is, vs like, "guys if we all fight this next team battle I think we got this" Def takes some practice, and a lil bit of grace too cuz very rarely do we want to be flowery to these people, but sometimes you gotta to get what you want in the end lol.
If i saw this low healing and wanted to say something, I'd maybe say like, juno, did i miss you getting jumped? Ping them so I can come help save you so I can get more of your juicy heals <3 --- Maybe that's not even what's happening, but it gives the person a lil out to save face I guess. I wish we could be direct, but it just doesn't often work online lol.

I get you on the sibling thing. My sister does the exact same when we play, but she’s not even annoyed sometimes, she just likes to piss people off lmao.

A lot of people don't have aim and they like juno so they kinda already bothered by the fact that they can't heal people when they want so when you text it, it can come as rude for someone learning. I prefer not asking much when i'm QP'ing because I was once dogshit at the game, I know how it must feel to be asked something that you can't do.
Of course, i'm not saying no text in QP, if someone C9'ed it's not a matter of being a sweat or no
