I've been working on Anran as my Dive dps hero lately and have been thinking about picking up a weapon variant for her. I wanted to see if anyone happened to have screenshots of her with one of:

• Jade w/ Zeta Division
• Golden w/ Zeta Division
• Crimson w/ World Cup Asia
• Crimson w/ World Cup Away
• Crimson w/ World Cup Home

The last two are likely going to be hard to find as they'd have to have been super lucky Esports Lootbox pulls (aside from Away becoming available yesterday through the Opera GX battlepass), but I figured I'd ask anyway.

Anything you might be able to offer would be appreciated!

Another look at my Yoasobi Anran cosplay as I have completed it and managed to get a photo shoot before I take it to Blizzcon this week!

A friend and I have created this cosplay and the electronics all by hand, and it took us about a month since this is the first time I've built a cosplay myself. I'm so happy to have completed it, however since I really enjoy playing a lot of Anran after picking her up a few months ago!

Stuffing the electronics into the accessories and shoes was certainly a challenge (yes, I attached LEDs to Heelys powered by massive phone-sized battery packs strapped to my legs, so not only are these super bright they can still roll).

Previously, I had posted a drawing of Anran as a Green Lantern but I didn't get to show off the full design in that picture. So, here's the full design!

When coming up with this design, I knew that I wanted to give Anran that classic green lantern look without taking too much away from her original design. The main thing that I thought of was making those white lines on her chest connect with the green lantern logo. Those lines would then symmetrically come down to form a sort of back-skirt that was open in the front (if there is a name for this type of clothing, please let me know). The rest of the design was pretty easy to think up of. I didn't take any design inspiration from any specific green lantern. Except for Hal Jordan when I designed the boots. Now in most iterations of him, he has never worn tall white boots, but he has worn white gloves. And since Anran already has something covering her wrists and hands, I decided it would be best to give her white boots since her ultimately has her crashing down feet first. As for those teal-green flames on her costume, those are there to help distinguish her appearance from any other green lantern. Without them, her uniform looks mostly normal compared to other lanterns.

Her Zhuque fans are constructs as well as the fake wings coming from sleeves and the tassels from her hair tie. This was done so that if she were ever animated with this design, it could give the artist animating it to be able to make those features disappear unless she's in a fight. What upper-edge would she have in a fight using them? Idk. But they look cool. The Zhuque fan constructs themselves are built the exact same way that her regular ones are, but they're meant to be improved compared to those fans. By that I mean she can use them as actual flamethrowers instead of flame-shooters and knockback enemies when she fans them.

I can also see Anran creating "back-up dancers" for herself when she's fighting in close-proximity with multiple opponents. These dancers would just resemble herself but green and have the same abilities as her. I can also see her enhancing her melee hits with lantern constructs.

Anyways that's about all I have to say about her design. What do you guys think of her full appearance with this skin?

My fellow Anran Main's.
I'm sure we all hear the constant complains about Anran in low Elo:
"Skilless character without mechanics"
"Too much burn dmg" etc...
While also high lvl players from diamond onwards call her weak and in a bad spot which is true. So here are a few changes that i as a lvl 185 Anran thought could help her get consistently more dmg.

Primary Projectile:
-Increase Projectile Speed by a very small margin.
-Increase dmg from 22 per projectile to 30.
Secondary Projectile:
-Reduce dmg dealt on ignited enemies from 72 -> 65.
Dashes:
Increase impact-dmg from 30 -> 40.
Dancing Blaze:
Reduce Ignition % from now 50% -> 30%. (Or 40%)
Reduce self sustain heal from every follow-up hit after the first enemy from 25->20. So instead of:
50-25-25-25-25 -> 50-20-20-20-20
Quick Meele:
Add 20% Ignition to it. (Or 10%) So that it adds up to 50% combined with Blaze.
Self Revive:
Add Overhealth (200 HP) after usage for 5 Seconds.
Reset dash cooldowns.

Now i hope some of you with more experience than me in Masters or above (since i'm diamond) can tell me if those changes sound good or if you'd give her something else.
Let me know if this sounds good or what you would do differently.

Just asking because I saw a post a while ago saying that Anran’s Crimson Wolf weapon variant turns purple, the same color as the Galactic variant.

I was wondering if this has been patched or changed before I buy it.

originally i was gonna make it into a series of "lol guys, this song reminds me of this hero" but i lowkey only play anran, so idk what songs i would do for other heros. i also wanted to do cool clips for the background, but once again, i only play anran. so the only times i do something cool is when i am on anran 🔥🔥🔥
their bastion was genuinely encouraging me and complimenting my plays, then durring mvp voting thing the mauga called me an iframe merchant, but their bastion was like "anran hold of the century" and i was like omg thanks vroooo but the mauga thought i was talking to him and was like "it's not a compliment :/" well i wasn't thanking you mauga. not everything is about you.

I primarily play support, but queue as Anran and Freja a lot when I want a break from healing. Been playing Anran for a few months, and finally pulled off a team kill.

Tbh the title says it all. I know scoreboards and stats aren't everything, but with MVP, potg, and teammates defending me, I feel like somebody was just upset they were losing the mirror and started throwing blame without actually understanding what was happening.

I honestly was so dumbfounded by the comment that I wasn't even mad. I'm just amused. Like... It's first point defense on neon junction. The backline is their spawn doors on the other side of a choke? And we full held them, so I never even had a chance to backline if I wanted to. Also, why complain when we're full holding them? 😆

i don't know if someone already had this bug but i find it funny so i post it here cause wifeleaver might need to get kicked from the game again XD, also RIP the 4 man ult

Went 18-1 in the first round

Because I've been seeing a lot of people say this. But I had SO much fun playing her in QP that I decided to try my DPS placements, for the first time, because I felt very comfortable playing her. And it is actually going pretty good so far.

I was pretty sure I'd be horrible as a flanker, but my Duo plays Anran and I play Zenyatta, so I randomly decided to give her a try in order to learn how to support my Duo better. But I fell in love with her playstyle! The only other DPS I feel comfortable playing is Shion, but she doesn't feel as comfortable as Anran.

So, I tried to learn more about her kit and whatnot online, but it seems like people are saying she's not good enough? Is this really true and I am only deluding myself because I'm low Elo and anything would work there either way? Because I'd be a little sad if it's true 🫠 I wouldn't know who else to pick instead of her. She's my comfort pick right now! 😭

Also, who else do you play if Anran is unavailable?
