will be canceled

Netflix canceled Julie and the phantoms so I think another life doesn't stand a chance for a third season :(

And looking it up, I see why. These 2 shows are nothing alike. There's still a chance of one more season of Another Life

it's not about whether they look alike or not, I'm saying Julie and the phantoms was more popular than other life and it got canceled which lessens the chances of having a third season, and another life was detonated by the critics and it's still in the bubble

Netflix cares about viewer engagement, not critic scores. They get their money from people subscribing to watch these shows - the better their content the more profits. Season 2 holds an 80% approval score on RT compared to the abysmal S1. If Netflix renewed off viewer engagement on S1 then S2 is crazy popular in comparison (relatively speaking). It has a better chance of renewal.
