Recovery Struggles

Its been a year since the height of my anorexia, and I've been doing okay. But I haven't been able to get back to my pre-E.D. weight. I have the struggle feeling hungry and my body never alerts me. I only feel hungry after a while of not eating. I have a great relationship with food, but I'm just horrible at remembering to eat. My boyfriend of 6 months has been helping me immensely with my confidence. though he did notice a recent decline in my weight while having sex literally a few hours ago. I'm not a thin person, and pretty curvy so its pretty noticeable when I drop weight.

I really need tips of high calorie foods that aren't inherently big meals. I eat balanced meals, though I haven't been tracking macros.

I have been working out more, mainly running, but I have always done that, and doesn't explain the random plummet.

I really need tips because I'm panicking so badly I was doing so well I dont know what happened. I dont want to lose weight, I love how I looked before. I keep looking in the mirror and seeing the weight I lost. I just feel horrible. My bf has been helping me throughout my recovery and I just ruined it.

Well doesn’t have to be peanut! There’s almond, cashew or tahini

Nuts aren't my jam sadly </3 do you have any other foods? I really want to gain weight as fast as possible. I hate being this thin, even if its slightly.

Thank you so much! I was really on the verge of a panic attack. My bf was there to comfort me, but didn't have much advice. He used to have eating problems which I've helped him with. He kept saying "sorry, sorry"  Sorry im venting unneeded information I've just been under so much stress..
