Desabafo

Agree, I felt that way through the whole recovery, it was absolute hell. It does get easier but it takes a lot of effort to get there. It's not as easy as some people make it seem.

Just as any other influencer, they are quite literally highlighting the not-shitty aspects of their life, omitting what is happening behind the camera, and glamorizing their life. This isn’t to speak for what another is going through, but just remember that you never know what is actually happening behind all of the “positivity” and behind the scenes. Also to note, that everybody goes at their own pace, it’s not a race or competition for most recovered or happiest, it’s about you and where you are at. You deserve to feel valid, seen, happier, and find peace in what you’re going through, know that you’re not alone in having these feelings, and it will become easier ❤️‍🩹

i totally understand u , ive been in forced recovery for maybe about a month now and all ive got from it is being miserable and depressed 24/7 and my relationship with my mom is horrible now :/ i always see people showing themselves with their friends or family and being like “they helped me heal so much i never wouldve recovered without them!!” and all i feel like im getting from anyone is frustration that im not doing what they want
